Social Worker/Caseworker

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Social Worker or Case Manager within our Far North Far West team.
Responsibilities- Provide effective case management services to respond to the needs of children and their families in accordance with statutory guidelines.
- Deliver a range of intervention strategies to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes.
- Assist children in out-of-home care to reconnect with their birth families, strengthen relationships, and achieve reunification.
- Conduct regular visits and support parents in developing appropriate parenting skills.
This role is responsible for working with children, young people, and their families to provide support and guidance to ensure their safety and well-being.
As a Social Worker or Case Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our most vulnerable children and their families.
