Collection Specialist Role

 

At a leading organisation, we pride ourselves on being an inclusive and values-driven entity. As our Collection Specialist, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the collections department.

You will lead a team to implement collection strategies, monitor receivables, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in collections management, financial analysis, and credit risk assessment, as well as strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is required, with certification in Credit and Collections Management being advantageous.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software is also essential.

Our goal is to provide cost-effective plans for broadband internet and mobile services while embodying Australian values and promoting inclusivity.
