Our Care Services team is seeking experienced caregivers to provide person-centred care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in delivering high-quality care services, with a strong focus on compassion and empathy. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, including assistance with medications, simple wound dressing, and other tasks as required. You will also be expected to contribute to the creation of individualised care plans, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional care services. If you have a Certificate III in Individual Support and are eager to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of older people, we encourage you to apply.
