**Our Ideal Candidate:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our Seniors Wellness Centres in Sydney.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to older people in a respite setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional care to seniors, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes and enhance the lives of our consumers.
  • Communicate effectively with families and colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience working in residential aged care settings.
  • Certificate level III in Aged Care Work or equivalent qualification.
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • At least 1 year of experience working in residential aged care.
  • Basic computer skills to effectively use our care management systems.

**Working Conditions:**

  • Monday to Friday schedule, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
