Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing user-centered experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

Your primary focus will be on designing experiences at the intersection of two core user groups: corporate event planners and restaurant operators. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex restaurant operations into intuitive solutions for restaurants, and facilitate research with users to understand their needs and inform our strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design experiences that balance rapid experimentation with longer-term design thinking
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver against agreed-upon commitments
  • Facilitate research with users to understand their needs and inform our strategy
  • Work closely with a remote team of designers, product managers, sales, and engineers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in product design
  • Experience designing for web and mobile applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience designing for two-sided marketplaces
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma
  • Strong visual and interaction skills
  • Ability to negotiate, prioritize, and break down design work into measurable outcomes
