About Us

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new starters through our online Virtual Inductions. This role involves assisting with any queries, technical issues, or hurdles that may arise during the induction process, as well as facilitating sessions. Our focus is on setting new team members up for success from their very first day.

This position will be based in our Brisbane Office and will involve working on virtual platforms, including ZOOM. We require someone with strong communication skills, ability to read the room and convey the message effectively, understanding of recruitment processes and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host/present virtual sessions
  • Assist with queries and technical issues
  • Facilitate online training
  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Work autonomously and adapt to change

Requirements:

  • Confidence in hosting/presenting in virtual platforms
  • Ability to read the room and convey the message effectively
  • Understanding of recruitment processes
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
