Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Lead with an active security clearance to guide and support a cross-functional development team in delivering high-quality project outcomes.

The Agile Lead will drive best practices, maintain project methodology, and ensure effective collaboration between stakeholders, product owners, and the delivery team.

The role involves leading and guiding the development team on Agile best practices, including Kanban, workflows, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and sprint planning & execution.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and product owners.

The role requires hands-on experience using, managing, and configuring Agile tools such as JIRA, as well as ICT-related qualifications and Agile qualifications (Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)) preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and product owners.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Agile projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on experience using, managing, and configuring Agile tools such as JIRA.
  • ICT-related qualifications are preferred.
  • Agile qualifications are essential — Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) preferred.
  • Active Security Clearance is mandatory.
