  • We are seeking an individual with tertiary qualifications in Animal or Veterinary Science or a related discipline.
  • Required skills and qualifications include strong project/program management skills, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and proficiency in relevant software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead projects to improve disease control strategies and inform strategic decisions through data analysis and reporting.
  2. Utilise scientific and technical knowledge to support various activities within the animal health sector.
  3. Identify project risks, implement mitigation controls, and manage resources efficiently.
  4. Provide expert advice on vaccine banks, animal disease exercises, and emerging biosecurity threats.
  5. Collaborate with government agencies, veterinary services, and other key stakeholders to bolster disease control efforts.
