About the Role

This entry-level opportunity in our CX & Data business unit is ideal for recent graduates with a Bachelor of Marketing or Bachelor of Business Administration seeking to launch their marketing communications career.

As a Campaign Coordinator, you'll be customer-facing, managing a small portfolio of accounts and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee various communication channels, including mail, direct mail, and multi-channel delivery.
  • Execute personalised communication projects and campaigns while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • A recent graduate with a Bachelor of Marketing or Bachelor of Business Administration.
  • Strong understanding of both traditional and digital multi-channel communications.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on representing the customer's voice within our organisation.
  • Ability to build and nurture productive relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong project and campaign management skills with attention to timelines.
