Lead Aircraft Project Initiatives

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead strategic aircraft proposal initiatives, focusing on aircraft specifications, engineering and collaboration with Original Equipment Manufacturers.

  • Leverage your expertise in project management to drive the execution of aircraft projects, ensuring alignment with our fleet and operational strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic project environment, ensuring seamless aircraft entry into service and delivering innovative solutions that enhance our fleet's capability and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 10 years' aviation project experience
  • Tertiary qualifications or relevant professional qualification, e.g. accreditation in project management
  • Significant project and programme management experience with evidence of balancing customer and commercial focus
  • Proven cost management, political and planning skills
  • Strong aviation project background with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven leadership in a matrix environment and ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships
  • Experience developing and delivering Lean/Agile change management strategic plans
  • Strong commercial and organisational awareness, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to facilitate steering groups and cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of aircraft project development and execution
