About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Services Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver seamless service rectification and product installations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and install copper cables, including fault finding, jointing, and networking.
  • Manage fibre network technology, core network technology, and data services.
  • Maintain and install Customer Premises Equipment for both consumer and business clients.
  • Perform fault finding over copper networks, including in rural or remote areas.
Qualifications

Applicants must hold relevant licenses and qualifications, including:

  • Certificate I & II in Telecommunications
  • Open cabling license
  • Traffic management qualifications
  • White card (industry safety)
