Perioperative Scrub/Scout and Anaesthetics Nurse Roles

We are seeking experienced perioperative trained/experienced nurses to join our team at a leading healthcare provider. This is a unique opportunity for dynamic, driven nurses passionate about theatre work, specializing in Orthopaedic, General, Gynae, ENT, Endoscopy, Plastics, Urology, and Ophthalmology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating perioperative nursing care in collaboration with patients and the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and plan perioperative nursing care to ensure effective patient outcomes
  • Implement evidence-based practice guidelines to promote safe and efficient care delivery
  • Evaluate and improve patient care processes to enhance overall quality of service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of perioperative nursing experience
  • Current APHRA certification
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Scrub/Scout or Anaesthetic/Recovery are highly desirable but not essential
  • Adaptability and team spirit

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
