Hamilton House Day Surgery is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Registered Nurse to support our Theatre Manager. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a dynamic and fast-paced setting that prides itself on best-practice patient service. Enjoy the ease of a commute just 10 minutes south of the Adelaide CBD, complemented by the convenience of free onsite parking. Work a regular 4-day week based around an 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday roster (Thursdays off), directly collaborating with a highly respected Plastic Surgeon.

Key Criteria:

  • Registered as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Recent experience as Anaesthetic Nurse
  • Recent perioperative nursing experience as Scrub/Scout
  • Recent experience as Recovery Nurse
  • Sound clinical knowledge of patient care and outcomes
  • Commitment to quality patient care and attention to detail
  • Excellent consumer service focus and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a small team
  • Enthusiasm for participation in a team environment with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Accreditation processes
  • Availability to cover during staff leave

Essential Criteria:

  • Full registration with AHPRA
  • Proven theatre experience
  • Experience working in the Private Hospital sector
  • Highly refined written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the medical specialists
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Accreditation/Quality Policies and Procedures
