  • We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team and help older Australians stay healthy, safe, and independent in their own homes.
About the Role

This is a permanent part-time role with flexible day shifts only. You will have autonomy to plan your day, ongoing clinical guidance, and peer connection.

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver in-home clinical care that supports ageing well, including managing wounds and medications, educating clients and carers, and assessing, developing, and evaluating individual nursing care plans.
  • To work independently, providing high-quality care that directly improves the well-being of older Australians in your community.

You will need to have a Division One RN qualification, current Police Check, CPR, Blue Card, and Driver's Licence. Experience in community, acute, or aged care, as well as advanced skills in areas like chronic disease, wound care, palliative care, and diabetes management, would be highly regarded.
