About The Job

We are seeking an experienced Crushing Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently feeding and operating mobile crushing plants.

About You
  • You must have significant experience feeding and operating mobile crushing plants, including prestart activities and maintenance tasks.
  • You should be able to operate safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • You have a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, with a proven track record of delivering results in a busy operational environment.
Responsibilities
  • Feed and operate mobile crushing plants safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with maintenance and plant prestart activities in a mobile crushing environment.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by providing support and guidance to colleagues.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Possession of relevant licenses and tickets (HR license, White Card).
  • Australian working rights.
