Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- IDentify and locate parts and components
- Process sales orders and quotes in a timely manner
- Develop strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and support
- Provide general assistance to the sales team as needed
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships
- Assist with parts requests and quotes
Requirements:
- Experience working in the automotive industry
- Minimum 12 months experience in a parts interpretation role
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
