We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banqueting Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. As a key member of the brigade, you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a high-quality hotel or restaurant environment, with a passion for food and a willingness to learn. They will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
