Service Delivery Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer requests for servicing, breakdowns, and scheduled maintenance works
- Create and send customer quotes, order parts, and plan labour
- Coordinate the daily schedules for field technicians
- Prioritize customer requests and allocate resources effectively
- Provide regular and timely updates to customers on technician status
- Coordinate preventative servicing and maintenance
To succeed in this position, you will have demonstrated experience in customer-focused scheduling or coordination roles. A basic understanding of mechanical, engineering, automotive, or similar industries is beneficial.
