Personal Training Operations Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to lead our fitness team and drive business growth.
The Role:
You will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and developing a high-performing PT team, ensuring members receive top-tier coaching and support to achieve their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing PT team
- Drive revenue and business growth
- Ensure members receive top-tier coaching and support
- Oversight of PT recruitment, training, and development
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a personal training management role
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to drive revenue and business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This is a part-time role with 10-15 hours per week and flexibility to work extra hours when needed.
