Call Centre Representative Opportunity

This full-time contract role is a fantastic chance to provide exceptional customer service and support sales periods in a dynamic contact centre environment.

You will engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and web chat, handling high volumes of inquiries and delivering excellent results.

  • Located fully onsite in the Brendale Contact Centre
  • Delivering outstanding customer experiences across all touchpoints: phone, email, and webchats
  • Managing high volume service-related inquiries: orders, refunds, account, and general inquiries and feedback within the vibrant contact centre
  • Rotating Roster across Monday to Sunday, 7 am to 6 pm (provided in advance so you can balance work with your personal life)

  • A strong communication superstar: You've got the gift of gab, but you're also a great listener and can convey your thoughts clearly in writing. Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills are essential.
  • A customer service champion: Whether you've been serving customers in a call centre, restaurant, or any other industry, you know how to deliver exceptional customer service. Your experience will be a significant asset.
  • Retail experience? Not necessary. It's your personality and drive that count.
  • Availability over the Christmas period - this role will support the busy sale periods so to be eligible we will need full availability during this time.
