About the Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Trade Assistants/Service Persons with a minimum of 2 years' experience in mechanical maintenance. In support of our growing portfolio, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing fixed plant assets, including Skirt Liners, Rollers, and Scrapers on equipment such as Conveyors, Screenhouses, Stackers, and Reclaimers.

  • Remove and replace conveyor idlers and idler frames.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on skirt liners.
  • Commit to ongoing training and upskilling.
  • Become familiar with systems such as SAP or willing to learn.
  • Troubleshoot to resolve issues with plant & equipment.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to support sustainable operation of plant.
  • Adhere to a scheduled plan of work.
  • Conduct quality assurance activities & detailed reporting.
  • Assist in development & revision for complex systems.
  • Support scheduled maintenance aligning with all conveyor components.

This role is based within the Pilbara region of Western Australia, on a fly-in fly-out basis from Perth. The position is supported by a dynamic roster, with rosters published 4 weeks in advance, supporting our shutdown team across all sites.
