Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain technical expertise and provide high-quality services within agreed service levels
  • Keep accurate technical documentation up-to-date
  • Use tools and processes to deliver services to customers, ensuring their service level agreements are met
  • Proactively manage customer infrastructure and drive service process improvement initiatives
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a System Administrator with Linux infrastructure and Cloud Computing
  • Experience supporting Statistical Analysis System (SAS) software
  • Database skills and knowledge
  • Networking skills
  • Cloud computing and certification
  • Programming skills in Python, R, PowerShell, and Bash
