About this role

Our organisation is seeking a strategic and people-focused HR expert to join our team as a Business Partner.

This is a hands-on high-impact role with a strong focus on leadership support and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of human resources strategies that align with our organisational goals and values.

You will work closely with senior leaders and other stakeholders to provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of HR, including talent management, employee engagement, and change management.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have significant experience in HRBP or senior HR advisor roles, with a strong background in ER investigations and award interpretation. You will also need to have confidence coaching and supporting leaders across a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce.

You should be familiar with HRIS platforms, particularly TechOne, and have a proactive solutions-focused approach to problem-solving. A strong sense of purpose and alignment to our values is essential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of human resources strategies
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters
  • Coach and support leaders across the organisation
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, particularly TechOne

Requirements:

  • 3-4+ years in a HRBP or senior HR advisor role
  • Strong experience in ER investigations and award interpretation SCHADS and/or HPSS desirable
  • Confidence coaching and supporting leaders across a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms - TechOne experience is a plus
