About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in an Environment & Planning practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting Land and Environment Court proceedings, strong time management and organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in a mix of litigation, advice, and transaction work focused on planning and environmental law issues
  • Act for major corporate clients, developers, infrastructure providers, industry, and government
  • Manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities simultaneously
