We are seeking a Chief Growth Strategist to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and commercial growth across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies that support the entire candidate journey from awareness to conversion and retention
  • Lead integrated campaigns and paid media initiatives (Google Ads, LinkedIn, job boards) to drive targeted traffic and candidate acquisition
  • Create compelling, purpose-driven content tailored to candidate and client personas, with a strong focus on EVP, storytelling, and inclusive communication

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing full-funnel marketing strategies that drive candidate and client engagement across digital and offline channels. This role is central to building brand visibility, enhancing the candidate experience, and delivering measurable growth in a competitive, candidate-driven market.

Your Responsibilities
  • Owning and evolving the APAC brand identity, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging while adapting to local market needs
  • Leveraging CRM and marketing automation platforms to analyse performance, generate insights, and optimise campaign ROI and conversion metrics
  • Collaborating with HR, Sales, and Operations to align marketing with commercial goals and communicate impact to senior stakeholders
