Job Description:

We're seeking a Social Inclusion and Engagement Specialist to shape and deliver initiatives that improve the social, cultural, and financial wellbeing of diverse communities.

As our Social Inclusion and Engagement Specialist, your focus will be on multiculturalism. You'll contribute to lasting and positive changes that support safe, equitable, and inclusive access to roads, products, and services.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Lead research programs and advisory committees for culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities
  • Co-design and implement social inclusion strategies and programs that improve accessibility
  • Build trusted relationships with CALD communities, leaders, service providers, and stakeholders
  • Advocate for inclusive policies and practices across networks
  • Develop frameworks to measure impact and share insights that shape future initiatives
