Key Responsibilities
  • Work harmoniously in a small team and on your own
  • Collaborate with your team in day-to-day store operations
  • Build relationships with customers
  • Drive sales and achieve individual budgets while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with the Owner to learn basic warehouse duties and liaise with customers to allocate weekly deliveries and pick-ups
  • Stock control and ordering of backup warehouse stock
Requirements
  • Demonstrate exceptionally high standards of customer service
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • Team player
  • Retail experience in selling big ticket items is preferred but not essential
  • Computer knowledge is highly beneficial (experience with Pronto is an advantage)
  • Desire to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Self-motivation and well-presented
  • Necessary fitness and ability to walk the floor throughout the day and perform manual handling tasks with awkward and heavy loads, as required
