Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced horticulturist to lead our garden team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, excellent leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of a premium garden site. This will include leading a skilled team to ensure timely completion of tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, hedging and fertilising.

You will also be responsible for regularly inspecting garden areas to assess their condition and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Additionally, you will interact with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns they may have regarding the maintenance activities.

Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens, experience in both indoor and outdoor plants as well as irrigation systems, a White Card, a valid drivers' license and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a permanent garden site
  • Lead a skilled team to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition
  • Interact with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens
  • Experience in indoor and outdoor plants as well as irrigation systems
  • White Card
  • Valid drivers' license
  • Excellent communication skills
