Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Business Leaders to identify learning needs and develop tailored strategies for corporate departments
  • Create clear enrolment and communication plans for learning programs
  • Design and facilitate impactful conversations and events, including large-scale offsites that require expert facilitation
  • Identify, prepare and develop facilitators to support the delivery of training programs
  • Localize global learning assets and manage program logistics for participants
  • Evaluate the success of training programs through various methods, including observation, surveys, interviews, and feedback

Requirements:

  • Passion for guiding and supporting teams in discovering and developing their potential
  • 3+ years experience in adult learning facilitation in functional training, leadership development + career development
  • Proficiency in project management, presenting ideas and concepts, and ability to quickly develop trust
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills and strengths in organization and influence
  • BA degree or certificate in Business, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour or Education
  • Certification in Coaching preferred
