Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in supporting the rehabilitation journey of individuals who have suffered injury, illness, or trauma.

Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with various stakeholders, including employees, medical specialists, and allied health professionals, to facilitate a return to wellness plan.

You will be required to apply your nursing knowledge to develop and implement rehabilitation plans, conduct initial assessments, and perform worksite reviews.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing
  • Case Management would be advantageous
  • Experience with professional documentation and report writing
  • Twelve months minimum experience working in your profession with full registration
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate

Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Osteopaths, or Social Workers with appropriate professional registration are also encouraged to apply.
