We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

This role involves supporting ADF personnel to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with nurses who bring unique insights and skills to support our ADF return to wellness.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders including employees, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals;
  • Applying nursing knowledge to facilitate a return to wellness plan;
  • Implementing and monitoring rehabilitation plans through case management;
  • Completing initial assessments and performing worksite reviews.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing;
  • Case Management experience would be advantageous;
  • Experience with professional documentation and report writing;
  • Twelve months minimum experience working in your profession with full registration;
  • Able to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal;
  • A passion to help people rehabilitate.
