Reporting Accountant Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated accounting professional to manage financial reporting, lease accounting, and end-to-end accounting for our business.

  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reports across the business, with particular focus on lease accounting, capital expenditure, and financial reporting.
  • Manage lease accounting in accordance with IFRS 16, including recognition, remeasurement, and disclosure of right-of-use assets and lease liabilities.
  • Maintain the lease register and ensure accurate monthly lease journals, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Manage end-to-end accounting for our Engineering department.
  • Assist with group consolidation, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliation of subsidiary results.
  • Prepare quarterly reporting deliverables to investors and lenders.
  • Monitor compliance with accounting policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
  • Act as a key contact for external auditors and be heavily involved in the day-to-day running of the year-end audit process.
  • Oversee the Capex and Projects Accountant in tracking and reporting capital expenditure across the business, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Finance roles.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • CA qualification.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex financial concepts.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills in Finance and Accounting.
  • Strong Excel skills.
