Immerse yourself in the aquatic industry by completing a Certificate III in Sport, Aquatics & Recreation while still at school. Our traineeship program provides you with the opportunity to gain essential skills in swim school management, teaching and general aquatic operations.

Our dynamic program includes:

  1. Certificate III in Sport, Aquatics and Recreation
  2. 563 hours of paid, on-the-job training, usually completed in 12-18 months
  3. Industry Qualifications - including CPR, First Aid, Swim Teaching, and the opportunity to become a qualified Pool Lifeguard

Gain hands-on experience as you work towards roles such as Swim Teacher, Pool Lifeguard or even Duty Manager. Successfully completing your traineeship unlocks a Certificate III in Sport, Aquatics and Recreation, QCE Points, as well as industry qualifications, paving the way for a fulfilling career in the aquatics sector.
