Camping Trainee

We are seeking passionate individuals with an interest in outdoor education to join our team of trainees in 2025.

As a Camping Trainee, you will work alongside our programs team at one of six camps across Victoria:

  • Anglesea Discovery Camp, located by the Great Ocean Road
  • Camp Manyung Discovery Camp, situated on the Mornington Peninsula
  • Howmans Gap Discovery Camp, nestled in the Falls Creek region
  • Lady Northcote Discovery Camp, just outside Bacchus Marsh
  • Lake Dewar Discovery Camp, near the Werribee Gorge
  • Mt Evelyn Discovery Camp, in the Dandenong Ranges

Gaining valuable experience and completing a Certificate IV in Outdoor Recreation while working full-time or part-time at one of our camps is a core aspect of this role.
