Established in Sydney Metro, IPAR is a leading national occupational rehabilitation provider dedicated to supporting individuals with illnesses, disabilities, or injuries.

We cater to diverse client needs through our tailored services, including workplace rehabilitation, counseling, injury prevention, and employment support. Our team of skilled professionals comprises Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, and Rehabilitation Counsellors.

The ideal candidate will possess a professional background in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling and be passionate about working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector. This role offers flexibility and autonomy, with the support of a strong, close-knit team and access to global corporate resources.

You will provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various conditions, aiming to achieve return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Case management, leveraging manageable caseloads and Rehabilitation Assistants' administrative support;
  • Applying clinical knowledge to enhance return-to-work outcomes;
  • Collaborating with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;
  • Working across various schemes, such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs;
  • Supporting individuals with injuries or health conditions to achieve return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes;
  • Conducting assessments using clinical skills, including initial, workplace, and vocational assessments to review diagnosis, support treatment plans, address psychosocial barriers to employment, and identify suitable employment opportunities for workers who have sustained workplace injuries or motor vehicle accidents.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
