Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with technicians, communicating with customers, and ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance. This role involves greeting members, confirming vehicle information, and providing estimates for repair and maintenance services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting members and confirming vehicle information, including make, model, and type of service or repair issue
- Providing estimates for repair and maintenance services, explaining the work to be performed, and offering appropriate recommendations for additional works.
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
- Providing regular updates to members on the status of their vehicle
- Handling member concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
This role suits motivated customer service, solution-focused individuals who possess:
- Outstanding professional customer relationship management including problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing – desirable
- Sound administrative/clerical skills
