About the Role 
Challenger Ford are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Warranty Administrator to join our service team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing, submitting, and tracking all warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership procedures. 
 

  • Process and submit warranty claims in line with manufacturer requirements 
  • Audit repair orders to ensure accuracy and completeness 
  • Liaise with service advisors and technicians for correct documentation 
  • Monitor claim status and follow up on outstanding approvals 
  • Maintain detailed records of claims, rejections, and adjustments 

Skills & Experience 

  • Previous experience in warranty administration or dealership service administration 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry 
  • Knowledge of automotive service processes and manufacturer systems (desirable) 
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities 
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills 
  • Current driver's licence
