About the role
Network and Infrastructure Operations Lead
At Pyramid Global Technologies, we are seeking an experienced Network and Infrastructure Operations Lead to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and supporting our core infrastructure, data centre facilities, and operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer relationships and communicating as a key business interface for the customer;
- Ensuring the success of customer objectives by managing planning and execution of contractual obligations and coordinating interaction of internal, partner, and customer resources;
- Escalation management, including ownership, facilitation, action plan definition, coordination, and driving escalations to closure;
- Managing governance deliverables, including planning fortnightly operational service performance reviews, creating service improvement plans, operability indexes, and go green initiatives;
- End-to-end ownership of service delivery, including service transition and transformation, migration, and operations;
- SLA/KPI management, ensuring KPIs/SLAs and service delivery milestones are met.
