Site Operations Manager

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team in a Site Supervisor position. As the ideal candidate, you will possess strong leadership skills and be adept at managing daily site activities, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and overseeing project quality assurance and environmental health and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage short-term programs to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project costs and oversee QA, EHS, and other critical aspects
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in a similar supervisory or management role on large-scale projects
- Over 5 years' experience managing large building projects, services, and civil works
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
- An ability to coordinate teams effectively and work collaboratively
