Job Title: Customer Service Liaison
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Liaison to join our team. This role can be based at various locations, including Moruya, Leeton, Griffith or Wagga depot.
The successful candidate will report to the Branch Administration Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting the delivery of customer service across our division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and efficiency.
- Liaise with internal departments and customers to resolve queries and issues promptly.
- Utilize business systems to manage and process customer information in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Review and process claims from contractors and suppliers in line with procurement and financial governance standards.
- Support change management initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Deliver regular reporting aligned with divisional requirements.
- Participate in training and development to support peak workloads.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in alignment with our organizational values.
