Identity Management Specialist

As an Identity Access Management (IAM) professional, you will play a critical role in shaping the digital landscape of our organisation. Your primary objective will be to design and implement effective Identity Management strategies that cater to the evolving needs of our business.

You will be responsible for performing IDAM solutions, platform security remediation project planning, and strategy. This includes working closely with Product Owners/Architects to deliver against prioritized strategic requirements.

To succeed in this position, you will require expertise in administering Symantec SSO (CA SSO SiteMinder), Symantec CA IDM, IAM/SSO Platform, and other relevant IAM products. A solid understanding of authentication, authorization, directory, database technologies, LDAP, and directory structures is also essential.

You will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment and possess experience with Agent-Based, Web-Based, and Federated Authentication and Authorization standards. Proficiency in SAML 2.0, OAuth, OIDC, and other Federation protocols is mandatory.

In addition, knowledge of AWS/GCP infrastructure and an end-to-end view of customer experience in digital will inform decision-making for consuming teams and squads.
