Job Description

The role of Commercial Performance Director is responsible for developing customer value propositions that focus on engaging customers through their journey, managing long-term and short-term pricing outcomes, and driving a performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning customer value propositions by customer segment, creating holistic engagement plans to increase customer engagement and support strategic objectives.
  • Developing and executing retail pricing strategies based on deep data-informed understanding of segment and customer level profitability.
  • Creating and maintaining energy and non-energy products that anticipate and meet customer needs.
  • Delivering revenue targets and long-term customer account growth.

Requirements:

  • Significant leadership experience in product & customer proposition development, especially with understanding of energy or subscription style products.
  • Experience managing technical and commercial performance in a retail environment.
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills from Board through to front line, including external stakeholders such as regulators.
