About Us

We operate across Tasmania through community-based hotels, employing over 400 people. The group comprises 12 venues, providing a combination of bar, gaming, bistro, accommodation, and entertainment services.

What to Expect in a Day with Us:

Our pubs, hotels, and bars offer a fun and entertaining atmosphere, with something for everyone. Our southern hotels include multiple locations.

With state-of-the-art electronic gaming and welcoming bistros, we're looking for new Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering excellent guest service
  • Taking customer food and beverage orders efficiently
  • Assisting with gaming enquiries and payouts
  • Keeping our venues clean and welcoming
  • Helping open and close venues smoothly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We're looking for people who are keen to learn, happy to work as part of a team, take initiative, and bring a great attitude to work.

You'll need to be comfortable chatting and working with all sorts of people. You will also need:

  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • A current Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG), or the ability to secure one
  • The availability to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Team attitude and collaborative approach to work
  • Experience with TAB and Keno an advantage
