About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and visionary academic leader to shape the future of our students. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) requirements.
- Demonstrate expertise and qualifications to teach Science, with the ability to teach Chemistry and/or Physics being advantageous.
- Utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress and employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback.
- Support the inclusive environment for students and demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being.
- Integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences and foster a growth mindset in uniting faith, wellbeing and learning.
- A tertiary qualification in Education.
- Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
- A competitive remuneration package valued at up to $140,855, including base salary ranging from $87,550 to $125,763.
- An additional allowance on top of base salary.
