  • Provide Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support to individuals to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Certificate III or higher in Disability, Individual Support, Youth Work, or recovery work in mental health, or working towards obtaining qualification within 12 months.
  • Experience: Experience working with individuals with disabilities, or relevant lived experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for providing person-centered support.
  • Availability: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
