We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with children, develop your skills, and grow your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care.
  • Create and implement enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming).
  • Support with ensuring your program complies with industry regulations.
  • Interact with parents and help them with enquiries whenever possible.
  • Engage with the school community, attending events, assemblies, etc. when the Director can't attend.
  • Play and have fun with primary school aged children.
  • Co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program.
  • Service hours - BSC 7:00am - 9:00am, ASC 2:45pm - 6:15pm. Total hours 27.5 hours per week.

About the Role:

This role requires someone who is passionate about kids, has loads of energy, and can just love to have fun. You should be a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude. Previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education is ideal, but not essential. We can train you.

You will have outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written, and be looking for stable, permanent part-time hours - up to 25 per week. If you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, we would love to hear from you.
