Dynamic Team Member Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to assist the Director of Service in delivering exceptional experiences for children.
Key responsibilities include creating engaging activities based on child preferences, ensuring program compliance, building strong relationships with schools and parents, and providing high-quality care to primary school-aged children.
As a valued member of our team, you will have opportunities to develop your skills and take ownership during School Holiday periods.
The role involves working Monday to Friday, with specific hours including 7:00am - 9:00am (Before School Care) and 2:45pm - 6:00pm (After School Care), plus 2 admin hours per week.
A split shift allowance is included, and longer hours are available during School Holiday programs.
Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service are essential. Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training are also important.
