About the Role

This full-time position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a senior recruiter or talent acquisition professional to transition into a high-performing internal recruitment team. As a Transformation Leader, you will be accountable for executing key elements of our national recruitment business plan, underpinning our Global Enterprise '25 strategy.

You will have instant exposure to work with our senior leadership to deliver their annual business plans, and autonomy to manage your daily and weekly schedule without micromanagement. Additionally, you will use best-in-class recruitment technology to increase productivity and contribute to M&A opportunities as we continue to expand globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver recruitment activities, focusing on high-level service delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Collaborate with our senior leadership to execute key elements of the national recruitment business plan.
  • Utilize best-in-class recruitment technology to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the engineering and design industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex recruitment projects, with a focus on high-level service delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including:
