Roadside Service Leader

This role oversees and supports Roadside Patrol Teams who operate specialized service vehicles to provide 24/7 breakdown assistance.
Key responsibilities include fostering a strong safety-first culture, guiding and mentoring Patrol Team Members, monitoring performance and customer feedback, building relationships with contractors, and ensuring delivery of roadside services meets or exceeds customer SLAs and brand standards.
Requirements- Proven leadership experience in service delivery, transport, logistics or similar operational environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, influence and build trusted relationships with contractors and team members.
- A passion for safety and compliance.
- Commercial acumen to balance customer needs, business requirements and contractor expectations.
- A customer-centric approach, with the ability to deliver exceptional service under pressure.
