This 3-month comprehensive traineeship program is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in emergency roadside assistance. As part of this structured learning experience, you will receive on-the-job training from experienced professionals, attend classroom-style sessions to develop business skills, and participate in on-road training with qualified trainers.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in emergency situations, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as tow truck operations, safety procedures, and business management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in a comprehensive traineeship program
- Receive on-the-job training from experienced professionals
- Attend classroom-style sessions to develop business skills
- Complete on-road training sessions with qualified trainers
- Obtain necessary licenses, including forklift and heavy rigid truck licenses

Requirements:

- Hold a full car license with no demerit points in the past 12 months
- Commit to the 3-month training schedule
- Possess some geographical knowledge of Melbourne and surrounding suburbs
- Demonstrate customer service experience (favourably regarded)
- Display a safety-focused attitude
